Key Management

Mr. Mahmudul Islam joined in FAS Capital Management Limited (FCML) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on January 3, 2022. Prior to his joining in FCML, Mr. Mahmudul Islam worked as Chief Executive Officer (Current Charge) in Islami Bank Securities Limited (IBSL), a fully owned subsidiary of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited. He also served as Senior Officer in Trust Bank Investment Limited (TBIL), a fully owned subsidiary of Trust Bank Limited. During his tenure in TBIL & IBSL, he served in various departments in various positions with high level integrity & professionalism and accordingly achieved professional knowledge in managing critical situation in any organization. Mr. Islam did his MBA (Major in Finance & Banking) from city university in Bangladesh. Besides this, he has sound academic credential in previous academic position. He is a worthy individual and leader of team having sound knowledge in Investment Banking.

Mr. Foize Ahmed has more than 11 (Eleven) years of professional experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Tax etc. at various organizations which includes more than 5 (Five) years of experience in merchant banking and capital market operation especially in public issues management (IPO), accounts and tax matters. He completed his M.Com in Management from Dhaka College under National University, in 1999. He also completed C.A (C.C.) from A Wahab & Co. (Chartered Accountants). Mr. Ahmed also obtained certificate as Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) in 2012 which is provided by National Board of Revenue (NBR). He attended a number of seminars, workshops and trainings relating to corporate governance advance technical analysis, issue management, Basel-II etc. from Bangladesh Bank, PiFMs, etc. He traveled Nepal, Malaysia, Qatar and Thailand.

Mr. Tushar has over 15 (Fifteen) years of working experience in Merchant Banking and Capital Market operation especially in the field of Customer care operation and Portfolio Management & Research. He completed his M.Com in finance under national University. He attended in various training courses, workshops and seminars such as Fundamental Analysis, Human Resources Management, Assets Management, Issue Management and Custodian Depository Participant, Basel-II etc. at PiFMs, SCITI, DSE and Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL). He traveled Nepal, Malaysia and Thailand.

Mr. Mohammad Mohiuddin has over 13 (Thirteen) years of working experience in Merchant Banking and Capital Market operation especially in the field of Customer care operation, Portfolio Management & Research, CDBL, Back Office (Settlement), IT and Accounts Department. He completed his MSS in Economics under Jagannath University. He attended in various training courses, workshops and seminars such as Basic Financial Literacy Program, Fundamental Securities Analysis, IPO Application Processing , Versatile Engine for Depository  Accounting System (VeDAS) & Leads Software (mBank) etc at at BICM, DSE and Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL). He traveled Malaysia, Thailand and Saudi Arabia.
